[ndbug] server move this weekend

hello all,

Sometime this weekend, we will be moving off the server that hosts
ndbug.in (aryabhata) to a new one (indraprastha).

 If I did my job correctly, you shouldn't notice anything, it will all be
transparent. (What will actually transpire remains to be seen.)

Just in case anyone cares about the technical details, aryabhata and
indraprastha are both FreeBSD 10.2 boxes with more or less identical
configurations, we're just switching hosting providers (mostly
because $$$).
